Questions about the plans
How much does a wedding website cost?
With Wedilio, nothing for up to 20 guests: the website, the invitations and the RSVPs are free. Beyond that, Basic is €39, Premium €59 and Extra €89, paid once with VAT included: no subscription, nothing charged again. Each invitation counts as one guest, even when it's for a whole family.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan publishes your website for up to 20 guests and 50 photos, with a «Made with Wedilio» credit at the foot, and keeps it online for a year, never deleting it sooner than 15 days after your wedding. We email you before anything is deleted. If you need room for more guests, no credit or more time, that's where the paid plans start.
Which plan do we need for 120 guests?
It depends on how many invitations that is, because each invitation counts as one guest, plus-ones included: a family of four is one. Basic takes 75 and Premium 300. So 120 people on about 60 invitations fit in Basic, and 120 invitations for one person each need Premium.
Can we change plans later?
To a bigger one, yes, whenever you like, from your panel: you pay only the difference between the two prices, and the plan still ends on the same day. Not to a smaller one, since the plan you have already includes everything it does.
How long does a plan last?
A year from the payment or, if it's later, until three months after the wedding, two years at most: long enough for the weeks when guests are still sharing their photos. You pay once and it never renews by itself. If the wedding moves and the plan would end too soon, you can extend it from your panel.
When the plan ends, does the website go offline?
No. It moves to the free plan: it stays online for another year, with the «Made with Wedilio» credit at the foot, and it's never deleted before 15 days have passed since your wedding. We email you before the plan ends, and nothing is ever charged that you don't pay yourselves.
Can we get our money back?
Yes, within 30 days of buying a plan: «Ask for a refund» on your plan page refunds everything you've paid for it, and the website goes back to the free plan that day. It can be asked for once per wedding.
How do we pay?
By card, through Stripe: your card details never reach our servers. Prices include VAT. It's a single payment: no subscription, and nothing taken later on its own.
