Wedilio is a service for creating digital invitations and wedding websites, managing the guest list and collecting RSVPs. Access to the site is free; some features require taking out a paid plan.

By using Wedilio you undertake to do so in accordance with the law and not to publish content that infringes the rights of third parties. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the content you publish on your wedding website, including your guests’ personal data.

We may suspend an account that is used to send unsolicited communications, publish unlawful content or infringe other people’s rights.

The design of the site, the templates, the texts and the software are owned by Global Mistral Solutions SL or used under licence. The content you upload (photos, texts, messages) remains yours: we only process it to provide the service to you.

We work to keep the service available continuously, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions. We are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the service, nor for the content published by users or their guests.

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile where consumer legislation so provides.
