Each guest opens their own link, sees their name and replies, usually from their phone in under a minute. No sign-ups, no passwords.
Menus and allergies, person by person

A wedding website for a destination wedding in Spain
When most of your guests are flying in, the website does more of the work: how to get from the airport to the venue, where to stay, what the day will be like, and whether there’s anything the night before. One link answers all of it, in English for your friends and in Spanish for the family.
Dates and times are always shown in Spain’s time, wherever a guest opens the website, and every person says what they’ll eat and anything they can’t. The answers arrive in your panel, with the menus counted and the allergies listed for the caterer. On a website in both languages, the seating plan (Premium and up) prints its place cards and table numbers in either.
Travelling guests need more notice than most: when many of them are flying in, a save the date ten to twelve months before and the invitations four to six months before give them time to book flights and rooms. With Wedilio, the website is free for up to 20 guests; for more, plans start at €39, paid once, VAT included.

Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan publishes your website for up to 20 guests and 50 photos, with a «Made with Wedilio» credit at the foot, and keeps it online for a year, never deleting it sooner than 15 days after your wedding. We email you before anything is deleted. If you need room for more guests, no credit or more time, that's where the paid plans start.
How much does a wedding website cost?
With Wedilio, nothing for up to 20 guests: the website, the invitations and the RSVPs are free. Beyond that, Basic is €39, Premium €59 and Extra €89, paid once with VAT included: no subscription, nothing charged again. Each invitation counts as one guest, even when it's for a whole family.
Can our guests read it in English and in Spanish?
Yes, from Basic. Each guest reads the website in their language: it follows their phone, every page has a switch, and you can choose a guest's language yourselves. Everything we write, from the buttons to the RSVP form and the dates, is already in both. Your own words you write in each language, side by side in the editor: nothing is machine-translated. On the free plan, the website is in one language.
We live outside Spain. Does that make a difference?
No. Wedilio is made for weddings in Spain, wherever you and your guests live. Dates and times are always shown in Spain's time, so a guest opening the website in London or Chicago reads the same 6 pm you wrote. Plans are priced in euros with VAT included, and you pay by card through Stripe.
Do our guests need an account?
No, never. Each guest gets a personal link: they open it, see their name already there, and RSVP. No accounts, no passwords and no app to download.
Can we invite guests to a welcome party, or a party the day after?
Yes. Besides the wedding day, you can add a welcome party and a day-after party, each with its own day, time and place. You choose who is invited to each, and those guests answer each one separately, saying how many of them are coming.
How do menus and allergies work?
Each person answers for themselves, not one answer per invitation. If three are coming and one is vegetarian, that's what you'll see. Your panel counts each menu and lists the allergies, ready to hand to the caterer.
Will our website show up on Google?
No, unless you turn it on, which you can from Premium. Until then, only people with the link can open it.
Can we both manage it?
Yes. From Settings you invite your partner, who edits from their own account, with their own password.
Who sees our guests' details?
You do. We keep them to run the service and nothing else: we don't sell them, advertise with them or pass them on. Our servers are in the European Union.
What happens to the website and the photos after the wedding?
They stay while you have a plan, and a year more; on the free plan, a year from when you created the website, and never less than 15 days after the wedding. We email you before anything is deleted. You can download all your data whenever you like, and from Basic the guestbook can be saved as a PDF. We keep the photos optimised for the web, not the camera's original files.
