What we use
Three kinds. Technical cookies, which the service needs in order to work and which are always there. Analytics and advertising cookies, which are only set if you accept them, each kind separately. We don’t share anything with social networks.
Technical cookies
Necessary to provide the service you have asked for.

Analytics cookies (only with your permission)
If you accept analytics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics, from Google Ireland Limited, through Google Tag Manager, to find out which parts of Wedilio are used and to improve them: which pages are visited, and steps such as creating the website, publishing it, adding guests or choosing a plan, counted without names or anything about your wedding. Only on Wedilio’s pages: this website, the pricing page, signing up and your panel. Never on wedding websites or on the pages your guests see.
Until you accept, nothing is loaded from Google. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Advertising cookies (only with your permission)
If you accept advertising, we use Google Ads, from Google Ireland Limited, also through Google Tag Manager, to find out which Wedilio ads bring the couples who create their website or choose a plan, and to be able to show our ads to people who have visited us before. Google receives the fact that an account has been created or a plan paid for, and its amount; never your name, your email address or anything about your wedding. Like analytics, only on Wedilio’s pages and never on wedding websites.
Until you accept it, none of them is set. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The venue map, only if someone opens it
The invitation and the wedding website show where the wedding is with a map drawn by us, which sets nothing. If a guest taps «See the map», Google Maps loads in its place; at that moment Google may set its own cookies, under its own policy. «Directions» opens Google Maps in another tab or in the phone’s app.
Is your consent needed?
For technical cookies, no: they are strictly necessary, so the law does not require us to ask your permission for them. For analytics and advertising cookies, yes, for each kind separately, and refusing them is just as easy as accepting them. You can change your mind whenever you like; if you withdraw your consent, we delete the cookies that were already set.
How to turn them off
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the technical ones, you won’t be able to stay signed in and will have to sign in again on every page.
